Community Manager

The Bloomberg Center for Government Excellence at Johns Hopkins University (the Center/GovEx) is looking for a Community Manager to join the Communications Team.

The Center provides: coaching and technical assistance to government leaders and their teams to build a data-driven public sector that fairly and justly uses data; tailored curriculum for government partners to upskill employees and improve data practices; research and analytics to bridge the gap between research and reality, understand complex issues, engage residents and implement policy interventions that lead to equitable outcomes and transforms the standard of living for underserved residents; and human resource support to help deepen the bench of data thinkers across city agencies and attract new talent who can think about problem solving.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Community Platform Manager to oversee and nurture our City AI Connect online community, a platform designed to connect staff of local governments around the world working on generative AI.
