Chance Carter, Author at Johns Hopkins Center for Government Excellence

Chance is a graduate of the University of Baltimore where he graduated with a BA in Government and Public Policy. Chance, a Connecticut native, has spent the past few years in Baltimore making it his home where he has developed a love for the Orioles and Ravens along with his home-state’s UConn Huskies. Since his move here in 2011, he has worked as a Legislative Aide for a local State Senator and had worked in government relations prior to that. He enjoys traveling, reading and music.
